If you want to cancel membership after 30 days from your date of payment, we cannot cancel and refund the processed amount.

 

Please note, for each of your online payment transaction with MTS, PayPal sends to notification.

 

  • Send Email to treasurer@dfwmts.org and  info@dfwmts.org from your registered MTS email ID.
  • Email Subject must contain MTS Membership Cancellation and Refund: <YOUR NAME> <MTS MEMBER ID>
  • Reason for Cancellation
  • PayPal Transaction ID
  • Amount changed to be refunded in Dollars
  • Cancel Auto renewal YES or NO
  • Snapshot of your PayPal email Transaction

MTS is honoring primary full-time Tamil volunteer teachers by offering a 50% discount on our membership fee.

 

To avail this discount, we require endorsement from the respective Tamil School Board members. Please note that this benefit is exclusively for primary full-time Tamil teachers and does not extend to other types of school volunteering. Even within MTS, our own volunteers, who dedicate significant time and effort, do not receive any membership discounts. Therefore, we kindly request Tamil School Board members to endorse only primary full-time teachers for this initiative.

Steps to Avail Membership Discount (Effective 02/14/2025)

 Eligibility:

  • Primary Full-Time Tamil Teachers (Pre-K to 8th Grade, In-Person Only) from Tamil schools in the DFW area.

 

  • Discount applies to MTS “Family Type” Membership.

 Process:

Register or renew MTS membership at  https://dfwmts.org/membership.
  1. Obtain approval and signature on the provided template from your respective Tamil School Board member within 30 days of membership renewal/registration. After 30 days no discount can be availed.
  2. Email the signed form to treasurer@dfwmts.org from your registered MTS email ID, mentioning your MTS Member ID
  3. Email Subject must contain MTS Teacher Discount <YOUR NAME> <YOUR SCHOOL NAME, SCHOOL LOCATION> <MTS MEMBER ID>
